Yup - was just thinking that.

Maybe I'm not understanding the timeout values for ACD queues.  When a call 
comes into the queue, the caller will hear ringing for 15 seconds while the 
agents are ringing, then queue audio for 15 seconds, agents aren't ringing, 
then it just keeps cycling like that.  This is disrupting our queue audio.

Shouldn't they just hear the queue audio while the agents are constantly 
ringing until someone answers the queue line?

If there is no way yet to do it from the web interface, you can easily write a 
bash script which will merge all your file into one by using sox command line 
tool.
