In this case for sure it will be a pain for you to manage it -----Original Message----- From: Max DiOrio <[email protected]> Date: Wed, 3 Aug 2011 15:46:29 To: [email protected]<[email protected]>; Discussion listfor users of sipXecs software<[email protected]> Subject: RE: [sipx-users] ACD Queue Audo
We frequently change the files to match whatever messages we want to pass on to patients. It'd be a bit of a pain to constantly have to merge them into a single wav file each time we need to change it. It'd be easy to upload the small files and be able to select 3 or 4 to use in the ACD queue audio. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of [email protected] Sent: Wednesday, August 03, 2011 11:44 AM To: Discussion list for users of sipXecs software Subject: Re: [sipx-users] ACD Queue Audo Hi, Why you don't use audio editor software like audacity or wavpad to have your three files in only one wav file?
