We frequently change the files to match whatever messages we want to pass on to 
patients.

It'd be a bit of a pain to constantly have to merge them into a single wav file 
each time we need to change it.

It'd be easy to upload the small files and be able to select 3 or 4 to use in 
the ACD queue audio.

Hi,

Why you don't use audio editor software like audacity or wavpad to have your 
three files in only one wav file?
