On the other hand, its difficult telling someone to "click this" when we finally understand what he's asking. I guess he's gunshy after his non-linear upgrade. Figured me prompting him to just push the button would be different than me saying, "You didn't really push the big red button did you?", and help him just do it and get the pain over with.
