All, I recently purchased two Polycom IP Backlit Expansion Modules for testing. I have installed on two Polycom IP 650s. However, when configuring speed dials, it appears that the last button on the BEM never populates. This is the situation on both phones. Each phone has one User line associated. I then configured 14 additional speed dials and then updates the phones. Everything populated except for the last one. Button 14 on the BEM remains blank. No text and pushing the button results in no action. I have tried deleting the speed dials and re-added. I even switched the ordering. Everything populates except for the button 14 on the BEM.
Let me know if there is any log or trace data I should gather. I apologize in advanced if this has been previously covered.
