It appears that the last speed dial (<sd>) to get written in both
<MAC>-directory.xml file is position 18. After that, the regular address
book data is pushed.

When I look at the user speed dial configuration under the user, the entry
is present but not pushed to the file.

O phone A I have:
1 line
8 Speed Dials with subscribe to presence
11 Speed Dials without presence (these are dial patterns not sipX lines)
The <MAC>-directory.xml file has <sd> 9 through 18 configured. However, what
should be <sd>19</sd> is missing.

I am going to mess with the phone after hours.
