Hey guys. Hope all is well. I have some remote polycoms that seem to work fine, except the WMI doesn't light when they receive a message. They are on private NATd networks (one at user home, and other at a remote office).
I think this is a network issue because when I plug them into the LAN local to the Sipx 4.2 box it works fine, and all the phones are on the Polycom 3.2.5 combined release. Just not sure what I am missing since the SIP signaling and media seem to work fine with respect to placing and receiving calls, MOH, VM, etc. Just wondered if you had a suggestion. Thanks a bunch.
