I have a user with a VVX1500 - when a call comes in on a line (which they have as a monitored speed dial), it simply dials the extension. The rest of my phones (soundpoint line) will do a directed call pickup. Is there a setting which tells the VVX to dial the directed call pickup code prior to dialing the extension?
As a quick fix, I simply put *78<ext> in as the speed dial button (this is to pick up the main line if no one else grabs it - so she doesn't ever need to actually call this number).
