For example, in the default file - sip.cfg for 3.2.4b, the following string
is the default -
<call call.rejectBusyOnDnd="1" call.enableOnNotRegistered="1"
call.offeringTimeOut="60" call.ringBackTimeOut="60"
call.dialtoneTimeOut="60" call.lastCallReturnString="*69"
call.callsPerLineKey="" call.stickyAutoLineSeize=""
call.stickyAutoLineSeize.onHookDialing="" call.singleKeyPressConference="0"
call.localConferenceCallHold="" call.transfer.blindPreferred=""
call.directedCallPickupString="*97" call.directedCallPickupMethod=""
call.parkedCallRetrieveString="" call.parkedCallRetrieveMethod=""
call.autoRouting.preference="line" call.autoRouting.preferredProtocol="SIP"
call.autoAnswer.micMute="1" call.autoAnswer.videoMute="0"
call.autoAnswer.SIP="0" call.autoAnswer.H323="0"
call.autoAnswer.ringClass="4">

Directed call pickup is set to *97

I don't know this to be the issue, but it is worth investingating in the
[mac].cfg file in the directory. I stated the wrong directory though.
It's in the TFTP directory. My apologies.

VVX 1500

What is the setting for the feature>Directed call pickup

on the vvx as compared to the other polycoms that behave differently?
