Last night, I updated against the staging repo and tried faxing again. This 
time, the tiff showed up in /tmp with data but that's all.

In the sipxivr.log, about the only section which could look suspect is the 
event unknown at the bottom of this snip.

Looking for general errors, I'm finding a few things but nothing that looks 
like it would affect faxing.

Not one mention of pdf which made me wonder last week if this might be a clue, 
like a conversion tool missing or something.
