Can you explain the case that is not working. Call in from DID, transfer from 3cx softphone to 3cx softphone seems to work.
Call from 3cx to Polycom seems to work. Are you saying a call from one 3cx to another, and then transfer to a third doesn't work? If that is the case, not sure I have a use case for that with any customers.
