Apparently they do considering the VP calling me to tell me otherwise :). Now, on that note, I do point out that my registered gateway to appia does go out on port 5080 and they are responding and authenticating the gateway. They can receive port 5080 but they cannot send port 5080. I don't know, I'm starting to get mixed up about the whole thing at this point.
