Title: RE: [Sisuite-users] Re: Is there a SystemImager kernel for x86_64 containing Broadcom drivers ?

Hi Ole:

Brian checked in a potential fix (clean MBR) into trunk that might solve the problem - do you mind testing it for us and see if it works?

Thanks,

Bernard

Hi Bernard,

I tried out the failing "parted" command after the SystemImager left
the client with a shell prompt.  Running parted interactively gives
the expected complaint that "Warning: Partitions(s) on /dev/sda are
being used." and then offers me the opportunity to "Ignore" this
warning and actually write the new disk label.

I guess what we need is a new option in the GNU parted command
so that the --script flag may be augmented by an --ignore-errors
flag allowing us to label a disk despite the warnings.  Do you think
there's any chance that the parted developers might accept such a
request ?
