        No.  They released a final version of 1.4.  Following the download
link off www.plkr.org, the rpm package is at the bottom of the page under
"Plucker Viewer with Distiller."  Also, it seems you can download the
"Plucker Desktop", and just not use the desktop.  It comes with a
distiller, almost certainly the Python one.  As long as you get that, you
should be fine.
