Wait -- you can't just copy that one file. You'll need the rest of the
directory too, and it will probably need to be installed in the
site-packages directory of your python installation (you might be
able to get it to work elsewhere, but it might take some fiddling).
plucker-build is Spider.py, but that will call into other python
files -- they're all interrelated.
