Hi Christiaan, thank you for your prompt reply. Actually I`m not sure how to do what you suggested me in the message. I don`t know what mean "force the system to syncronize the preference files with the database". I just would like to know where I can find the file with bookmarks. I can`t see any file belonging to Skim app if I search it in finder.
