It is not clear to me what you want exactly. Have you lost your bookmarks in
Skim? Or do you want to backup the bookmarks file somewhere? Did you install a
new OS version, or do you want to? Did the terminal command return the bookmark
data on the command line? Is the file there, and do you know how to find that
file (doing a search in Finder won’t do it, I think)?
