Hi John:

I accept full responsibility for my ignorance and lack of common sense.
I had only just downloaded the software and not had the opportunity to
do more than jump into it in order to attempt a quick solution to my
immediate problem before going away at the weekend.

Like most decent software, CdC repays study and practice; sadly I find I
don't always have the time to make this very necessary investment when I
first try to use a new programme. This is entirely my problem but I do
appreciate the assistance I have been given and I think I am only a step
or two away from achieving my objective. Thanks to you all.

Cheers,

Mike

Like the instructions at the top of the "additional catalogs" page?
There are
several errors in your proceedure here.
For even more detail, the link in the first line above the instructions
will
take you to the specific section of the helpfile for this. You can get
to the
same section by clicking the help button once you get to the "magnitude"
tab.

I've noticed that Patrick doesn't go out of his way to point out where
the
instructions are, but that's because they're usually in the most obvious
places.
