You can still get that information in Skype 4.1. If you are using JAWS and you have version 41b of the scripts installed, you'll still be able to hear mood messages if you scroll through the contact list and a contact happens to have one. To get the time in a particular contact's time zone, do the following: Find the contact using your arrow keys. Press the Application key to open the context menu for that contact, and select "Send IM". Press Enter to open a chat window for that contact.
