Hi all, I found that creating groups was easy but editing them impossible. If you want to create a new group, just go to the contacts menu, down to create new group and press enter. Jaws will say new group edit. Then tab to the ad people button. You will be presented with a list of all your contacts. Simply press enter on each contact you want to add to the group. I think you can also press the first letters of your contact names to find them quickly. Then tab until you find the save group to contact button. Click on it and Skype will ask for the group name. Type the name and then enter, you're done. Note that the groups are displayed at the bottom of your contacts list. But then, I've been unable to find a way to remove or add contacts to a group.
