Yes, I have been having that problem from time to time. I also have a very fast machine, windows 7 with 64 bits and from time to time when I load skype it says skype is not responding and locks up my computer and I need to reboot. I do not have skype start when windows starts, I start skype when I want to use it and that seems to help a little but it still crashes occasionally, hope this helps, Judy
