Not that particular issue on skype crashing but I still get issues of it doing so when adding contacts or even resending contact details for someone who isn't sharing with me. I'm running windows xp home, the latest jaws 12 and latest skype. I get the error reporting thing and whatever I do with that message, skype unloads. I get the impression 5.3 is unstable and I'm absolutely certain the new way of adding contacts with this friend finder thing is a complete joke. Hope someone else can answer your particular issue though.
