Dear friend, it largely depends on your computer's configuration and your
internet connectivity. In some circumstances, yes it is quite normal.

the add acontact dialogue appears to be very sluggish on my system. It
can take about 5 to 10 seconds to navigate from one field to another. And
sometimes it is so slow that it looks like the computer freezes. I then
have to stop manipulating, and wait for things to subtle for about a
minute.
Is this normal?
