only difficulty I'm facing with adding a contact is: the add contact link is
not working unless if I'm hitting insert f7 and in the links list, tabbing
twise and hittin' either space bar or enter on activate link button. I'm
talking about jaws.

been like that ever since Skype changed the Add a Contact dialog to an
HTML-type interface. That is one area where GW Micro's GWConnect is
easier to use.

the add acontact dialogue appears to be very sluggish on my system. It
can take about 5 to 10 seconds to navigate from one field to another.
And sometimes it is so slow that it looks like the computer freezes. I
then have to stop manipulating, and wait for things to subtle for about
a minute.
Is this normal?
