I seriously doubt Microsoft will any longer allow Skype 3.8 to run on the Skype network. It will be a notable leap across user interface changes, but I recommend getting and learning the current Skype version, which is 6.18. Then you can use the current scripts from my site, located at http://www.dlee.org/skype/ as well if you so prefer. JAWS 15 comes standard with Skype scripts also, though those and mine differ somewhat in features and keystrokes.
