I've held on to 3.8, but that day is probably coming. The one thing that was
holding me back there back when is that Skype Watch didn't work, so if
someone came on you wanted to talk to, there would be no way of knowing, but
I assume that issue must've been fixed by now. I think MS is killing
versions that aren't even that old, like the one on Windows Phone 7, which
isn't a platform we can even use, but maybe still inside of people's 2-year
contracts.

I seriously doubt Microsoft will any longer allow Skype 3.8 to run on
the Skype network. It will be a notable leap across user interface
changes, but I recommend getting and learning the current Skype
version, which is 6.18. Then you can use the current scripts from my
site, located at http://www.dlee.org/skype/ as well if you so prefer.
JAWS 15 comes standard with Skype scripts also, though those and mine
differ somewhat in features and keystrokes.
