Hi! When I got the same kind of Skype error several times, a few days ago, I was advised to delete the Skype folder from Appdata, then relaunch Skype, log in again, and redo my Skype settings. That solution worked, as Skype has not crashed for me since then. I assume that my Skype crashes were also caused by Windows updates, although I can't be sure. I rarely use Internet Explorer, but I like to keep it up-to-date in case I need it, and I did have some Windows updates last week. However, I felt that redoing my Skype settings was probably simpler than uninstalling a Windows update, as I have done the first of these things before but never the other. Anyway, the important thing is that my Skype works normally now: may it continue to do so for a long time to come! Bye for now, and happy skyping! >From Clare
