Agreed. We can let them know but tha'ts all we can ever do. I've come to learn this as a website dev myself. You can semd me suggestion, but will I act on them? If it benefits me, yes. if it does not, then it will just go in to a filed for later bin. I've come across harsh but tha'ts the way the world works.
