Hello, For the sounds go to tools / options / sounds, and make sure the two values are checked. SkypeWatch should be automatically installed if you used Doug's szripts with executable installer. You may anyway check out with insert+v, if "SkypeWatch messages" is on, not off. Note however that SW will only announce signins and signouts, not other status changes such as someone going away or dnd. Bye! Barbuz
