Hello,
with SkypeTalking, keep in mind that you need to authorize it to
communicate with Skype Api if you didn't anymore. If you don't see an
automatic notification by Skype, you'll have to go to tools / options,
then tab till you find "manage other programs access to Skype" link, and
open it with enter. If you see SkypeTalking and it's configured not to
communicate with Skype, press tab till change button, than set "Allow
this program to use Skype". Then press ok, and save all.
Concerning SkypeWatch, since you're the second persons reporting this,
chances are that yeah, Skype is having issues with Windows 10, most
likely Win 10 AU. I'll try to inform with some friends who updated.
