Seams you are a new member?
I made lots of sounds about this on various mailing lists.
You are not alone. It also effects other Windows versions. Seams
something is wrong in Skype. Even contacting Skype support won't help.
Sorry for the frustration... At least this one is not blindness-related
issue.
