Hi. I tried this skype for windows 10 with nvda and it is accessible but I would say different than what we are used to. The main difference is the fact that this version for windows 10 hasn't got any menus so we need to tab around a lot to find things. Also I don't know if there are any shortcuts for it etc. So the answer is yes but maybe not as practical as the classic version. Nikos
