"Skype Preview" is the old name for what is now just the Skype trusted Windows Store app.
I can't tell what version is being discussed though because this message does not quote previous ones and I don't save them myself. My ability to test the new Windows 10 Skype is being hampered, btw, by the new Skype's flat refusal to run side by side with my Desktop Skype even if I'm using a different account for it.
