are you clear about how to do this? just in you're not, here's what i suggest:
IMHO this is a beta so it should go in the milestone builds section on binindex and sourceindex.
a news item should go into the jakarta product news. if you don't want to do this, then me or tetsuya will pick up most announcements and post up an item about them.
