Hallo, das Problem war tatsächlich mein Spannungsteiler am Ausgang des IR-Empfängers. Da der Raspberry Pi nochmal einen Vorwiederstand an den GPIO-Pins hat, mußte der Spannungsteiler hochohmiger ausgelegt werden, da sonst an dem GPIO-Eingang so gut wie nichts ankommt. Jetzt funktioniert die IR Fernbedienung.
