I've recently started using Linux-Mandrake (6.1 as of yesterday), and I hav to say
that the only problem I have with the install is the network card probing - bloody
thing locks solid if I try to inthall the network card (EtherExpressPro) from the
initial install.
Try if after everything else (i.e. manually) and it's fine.
At the risk of starting a war here, what is the "best" distro ? I mean, RH seems to
be leading the pack, but I hear good things about SuSE as well - then again, there are
quite a few Debian devotees out there as well. I'm seriously thinking of giving the
latest SuSE distro a try, but it has to end somewhere !! (says She Who Must Be Obeyed
!!)
