That last sentence was actually humour (in case you didn't pick it up)
but, from what I understand, Region 0 is more commonly known as Non-
Region encoded, that is, no region coding is used. Although some
people refer to this as region 0, I believe (I could be wrong) that
the region doesn't actually exist.
