They should be pay you to use it.
We ran arkeia for 6 months and found it continually failed backups
(sometimes for weeks at a time) without notifying the operator of the
failed status.
The usual cause of this - if a Linux machine was offline for some reason,
arkeia assumed it was a windows box and refused to run the backups as we
didn't have any windows licences!
My suggestion - avoid it. While the product has lots of potential the
reliability has been compromised in order to maintain revenue through
licencing. (oh - and knox will forget you are licenced if you have
any problems and expect you to pay again.)
I have a 15 linux system licence sitting here unused if anybody want's to
buy it (probably not legally transferable though.)
