Wow. Must be a different one to the one I saw. I guess there's _multiple_
sendmail "distributions" for NT, huh? Isn't that just typically microsoft?

Ziggy Swastika {or however you spell his last name} does not do lunches.
He's too busy cutting costs to enjoy himself. :_)

But yes, I'm pretty sure HP cut them a huge deal on support. And maybe a
good piece for hardware, too.

Hmmm. I found it much easier to dump the built in notes MTA {because it
had an inherent limit on the number of threads}, and just use it as an
MDA, letting sendmail be the MTA.

The Notes MDA could only process I think 5 threads at a time - which meant
large bottlenecks at the place I was working. From memory, the sendmail
implimentation used had no such limit - it could process more multiple
incoming mail connections than the Notes MTA could.

I could be wrong - it was a while ago, and I was kinda peripheral to the
whole process.
