Eek. Sorry to weigh in, but the apt-get answer is applicable in this case
too.

It will just install the package from your apt cache. :)


Remember, there's nothing different about Debian that means you have to be
online all the time. If you need to update or install any software - on any
distribution - you have to use a CD or connect to the 'net. Same with
Debian. The idea that you need to have a 'net connection is a fallacy.
