Well I don't know whether they can share IRQs or not. Obviously, the
kernel does not believe so (otherwise it would not complain about the
resource being in use) you should modify your setup so that IRQ is only
being used by one of those devices.

On my system my PCI devices have IRQs like 17, 18, 19 ... perhaps you
should modify something in your bios? I don't know.

No problems. So far you haven't stated what kernel version you are using.

I have been presuming that you have already (prior) to asking this mailing
list done some research. It appears that you may not have.

A very quick web search with your card's vendor id turned up the fact that
the rtl8139too driver in 2.2.19 works fine with it.

If you aren't able to clear up the resource usage perhaps upgrading to
2.2.19 will help.
