You want to make business people "move across" so you have to argue
with their "eyes":

 * costs 1: You do not have to buy a server *AND* client connect licenses.
(this is what baffles me the most, I paid for a server and I paid for
X workstations, yet I still have to buy licenses to connect to the
    server????)

 * costs 2: Linux comes complete with ALL the tools you need. No need to
buy additional setup tools, admin tools etc etc

 * costs 3: A server running LINUX does not need as much grunt to do the
   same WinNT based machine.

 * costs 4: You do not need to buy any additional server based software,
   its all included (apache,proxy,dns,samba,ftp,sendmail,listsservers)

 * costs 5: If you have ever to run an NT *AND* Linux based network
you know that admin for LINUX takes less time -> hence less cost.

Business is about making/saving money.
How much convincing does someone need?
