I have been working on one for years - one of those home projects that just never seems to get off the ground.
I recently found PHP to be much easier to protoype in, so I am currently working on a PostgreSQL backend, Apache/PHP4 front. Anybody interested, let me know - I've done a fair bit of ground work (over 6 years) and there is more to it than just the accounting side. Any takers, please let me know.
