Dare I say it, what's missing is a Project Leader. Someone who can round

up the features needed, any existing software that's sortof close and is

open source by necessity and keep track of programmers & investors. Lets

face it, there's more incentive if we're paid or will benefit from it 
sooner. A bunch of us here seem to have developed our own systems that 
work just enough for our own purposes.

If I ever get around to moving back to Sydney I might start volunteering

for more stuff. Then again, this *is* something I can do on the train. 
LinuxHelp has also written it's own back end software. Anthony's done
all 
the stuff concerned with pricing structures & BAS issues.
