Tony was speaking for himself. If he were speaking for the committee, or
attempting to define policy for the list [1], he would have said so.

[1] We *don't* have a policy, we have suggestions as to what is appropriate
or on topic based on the feelings of subscribers and contributors to the
list. If anyone has issues with how the list is run, or with behaviour of
posters, they ought to bring it up (there's one noisy person for every ten
quiet ones).
