I suggest that you GET a policy, for spam if nothing else.....

As I have said before, posting should be available to members / subscribers 
ONLY for both lists... ANYONE can read the lists, but it they want to post, 
then they take the time and trouble to subscribe....

I don't see that as a draconian policy, after all....
