Okay so now I've read the thread, here's some other stuff you'll want to
do to get all your Tibook's features:

- run this kernel: 2.4.20-rc1-ben0 available here:

http://penguinppc.org/~benh/

or here:

rsync -avz rsync.penguinppc.org::linux-2.4-benh /usr/src/benh_kernel 

- add this line your sources.list:

deb http://penguinppc.org/~daenzer/debian/dri-trunk/ ./

- install xserver-xfree86-dri-trunk (and friends)

Grab my updated-since-my-previous-email XF86Config-4 and kernel config.
AFAIK, my kernel config gives you everything, if not it's a good start
