Whilst I agree in principle about changing service providers (re Ben's 
comment) and letting them know why - and I like the idea of telling the 
new one why you've chosen them (re Rob's comment) (by the way, I'm ANZ 
and have absolutely no probs with their site using FFX  - no, they're 
not paying me anything; wish they were :), the reason we're with them is 
the rates on our mortgage and the package that comes with it.

I don't know that I'd EVER change banks because I had to do some extra 
work to access their site - though if I could not access it at all, 
that'd be a problem!

I can empathise with Rod though and congratulate him in taking some 
initiative.
