Yes, it's true that as long as you know what you want it for, the
newer model can be overkill and the old one just fine.
Actually Jean, just before the PC Show I was on the point of getting
the 9 inch model. I thought I would just drop by at the show to see
if there would be any special offer for the 7 inch model. When I saw
that they had actually dropped the price by $200 it struck me that
they could do the same with the 9 inch model in 8 to 10 months' time.
So I thought I would get better value for money if I bought the older
model. Anyway, I'm very pleased with the one I got.
