I managed to talked to them during OSSPAC this year and no reply from them
so far. They are half-half people. They can't decide whether OSS will work
but then they want to be at forefront if it happens. So they only hold talks
but will not spend a single dime unless dollars are sure to come out from
it. Forget about SIM.
