>From what Michael mentioned in another topic, it appears to be a case of lack of time and interest. As you also know, it's been that way for quite some time (I can confirm two years). Making it "attractive" may not be a primary goal, because the site may simply serve as documentation for those keen on digging it up. As discussed, a change of theme would suffice for now.
